Synopsis:
 As
the new Watcher, Wesley Wyndam-Pryce, comes to take Giles'
place, Buffy decide to join Faith in the behavior "want,
take, have it" and the results are fatal.
Buffy e Faith conhecem seu novo Sentinela, o boboca Wesley
Wyndam-Pryce, que logo manda as duas procurarem um antigo
amuleto. Depois de acharem o amuleto elas dão de cara com
Balthazar, um demônio que Wesley disse estar morto. Para lutar
contra Balthazar elas invadem uma loja de esportes aonde Faith
ensina a Buffy a teoria "Querer, pegar, ter".
Buffy e Faith são pegas pela polícia, mas usam a força para
escapar. Enquanto está caçando Balthazar na noite seguinte,
Faith acidentalmente mata um humano. Faith se livra
do corpo e tenta lavar o sangue de suas mãos, mas quando Buffy
tenta conversar com ela sobre o que aconteceu a resposta dela é:
"Eu não me importo." Esse é o primeiro passo
para a grande virada de Faith.

WESLEY: Vampires?

Sport and Tackle shop. They break in. Faith finds the Archery
counter.
FAITH: Ah. Score.
BUFFY: Think they're insured?
FAITH: Strangely, not my priority. When are ya gonna get
this, B? Life for a Slayer is very simple: want... take... have.
BUFFY: Want... take... have. I'm gettin' it.
WESLEY:
Oh, God! Oh, God!
GILES: (calmly) It doesn't seem too promising, does it?
WESLEY: Stay calm, Mr. Giles. We have to stay calm.
GILES: Well, thank God you're here. I was planning to
panic.
WESLEY: What *is* that thing?
GILES: That would be your demon. You know, the dead one? |
